This is why you use the example of doing something like going and touching a point on the wall everyday?

I am very capable of getting something done but rejecting all that is irrelevant, that seems vast now that I'm thinking about it. Almost incomprehensibly vast. I am always thinking a thousand things. This has to begin at a minuscule level, like putting on socks maybe. 

If the concept has to begin on the plane above, can we then reverse engineer this dictate? Meaning that it might be possible to figure out which plane certain habitual thoughts or idiosyncrasies entered into us at and then devise the proper plan to eliminate those habits/thoughts by using the plane above their entry point.
